The Season of Citrus
CITRUS TO THE RESCUE!
At this time of year sneezes and colds are rife and citrus fruits such as lemons, offer a zesty boost to health providing vitamin C, potassium, fibre and folic acid. Honey Lemon Ginger Tea will help clear those sinuses, and sooth that scratchy throat. We grow rows upon rows of lemon trees in our on-site orchard, and of course you can find honey and ginger in-store at Boric Food Market.
